For all orders over £35 we send items vis DPD. Upon your order being processed and shipped, you will recieve an email and/or tex message (if a mobile number is suppled) from DPD to confirm your delivery details. If your need to change your delivery date and time, you will be able to do so via the DPD site. The email and tex message will include your consignment number which will be required for tracking proposes.

Refunds and Exchange Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. We are happy to exchange or refund any item returned in a saleable condition with a valid Ice Locker receipt within 28 days of purchase. If you do not have a receipt, we may, at our discretion offer an exchange to the value of the current or most recent selling price. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on sale items or skates that have been fitted and sharpened. All under garments and hosiery must be in their original sealed packaging for a refund or exchange.
